If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This includes cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to your desired service(s). Any reschedules must be made at least 1 week in advance, anything further out I will require 50% deposit of your remainder of your service. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled and rescheduled. If I am still able to provide a service there will be a $20 late fee added if you arrive 15 minutes or later to your service. If you arrive 30 minutes or later, your service is subject to be cancelled and the 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Any cancellations made within 24 hours or closer to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your appointed services. No-call, no-show appointments will be charge 100% of your appointed services. Your 30% deposit must be made in order to secure your booking. Upon booking, a debit or credit card must be held on your client profile to account for any fees due to cancellation. *This does not mean you need to PAY with this method. Having a card on file is for fee enforcement in the case policies are not followed Deposits are non-refundable, and in order for your deposit to apply to any rescheduled appointment, you must reschedule within 2 weeks of your original appointment date. Anything later will result in a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment date.
